Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to https://link-building-denmark.com and the professional services offered by link-building-denmark.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. Who we are
link-building-denmark.com provides specialist Danish link building and related editorial outreach services. Contact: fabi@site-media.co.uk. Address: Vesterbrogade 74, 1620 København V, Denmark.
2. Website use
You may browse this website for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that harms performance, introduce malware, or misuse forms (including spam or automated submissions). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.
Website content is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or ranking advice, and it does not guarantee search positions or AI citations.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a contact form or email does not create a binding contract. Any sample prospect lists, pricing, timelines, or campaign outlines we share are proposals unless and until both parties accept a written agreement, order form, or statement of work (the "Service Agreement").
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.
4. Scope of services
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services may include:
- Collecting your campaign criteria (niche, metrics, volume, and related brief details).
- Providing sample and qualifying Danish publisher prospects with metrics and pricing.
- Building backlinks only from sites you approve.
- Producing native Danish editorial content for placement, subject to your brief.
- Submitting approved content for publication and reporting live links via a shared tracker.
We hand-vet domains and aim to exclude thin sites, PBNs, and manipulated metrics, but publisher landscapes change. Final acceptance of live backlinks follows the quality criteria set out in your Service Agreement.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate brief details, brand guidelines, and destination URLs.
- Review samples and approve publisher pools within agreed timelines.
- Ensure destination pages are appropriate for a Danish-speaking audience where that is the campaign goal.
- Not ask us to place deceptive, illegal, or policy-violating content.
- Pay invoices according to the Service Agreement.
Delays in your approvals or feedback may extend delivery timelines. We are not responsible for ranking outcomes driven by factors outside our control (site quality on your side, algorithm updates, competitors, or technical SEO issues).
6. White-label work
Where we deliver white-label services, we work under your brand as described in the Service Agreement. You remain responsible for your relationship with your end clients. You must not misrepresent our work as something it is not, and you must pass through any material constraints we communicate about publishers, timelines, or content standards.
7. Fees and payment
Fees, currencies, billing cycles, and refund rules are defined in the Service Agreement or accepted quote. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period shown on the invoice. Late payment may pause ongoing work and may attract reasonable recovery costs permitted by law.
Publisher costs and writing fees can vary by site and brief. Quoted ranges are estimates until a specific backlink is confirmed.
8. Intellectual property
Website design, copy, and branding on link-building-denmark.com remain our property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy substantial parts of the site for commercial use without permission.
For paid campaign content, ownership and licence terms follow the Service Agreement. Until invoices for that work are paid in full, we reserve relevant rights in unpublished materials we create.
9. Confidentiality
Each party should treat non-public business information received from the other as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no fault of the receiving party.
10. No ranking guarantees
Search engines and AI answer systems change without notice. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or AI citations. Results vary by industry, competition, site health, and time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you supply, destination pages you nominate, instructions that violate publisher policies or law, or your misuse of white-label deliverables, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the Service Agreement. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work already performed and non-cancellable publisher costs reasonably incurred. Sections that by nature should survive (including fees owed, IP, confidentiality, liability, and governing law) continue after termination.
14. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. For active clients, material changes to service terms will be communicated as required by the Service Agreement. The "Last updated" date shows the latest website Terms revision.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise or a Service Agreement specifies a different venue for commercial engagements.
