Editorial, not quota theatre
The day job is Danish publishers, native writing, and backlinks you can defend. If you want a desk that only chases volume, this is the wrong hire.
Careers
A specialist Danish desk hiring people who open the page. Outreach, native editorial, and publisher research, not a quota factory with a careers microsite.
From the desk
We hire people who open the page. Everything else can be taught. If you want a role where the spreadsheet is the only work, this is the wrong desk.
The work
Most careers pages sell culture. This one describes the brief. We earn editorial mentions on Danish publishers, written in native Danish, with clients approving the pool before anything goes live. The people who do that work are named on the team page.
A strong hire already knows the difference between a pitch and a blast, between a Danish page and a translated one, and between a metric on a domain and a neighbourhood a sceptical editor would accept. We will teach you the file. We will not teach you to pretend.
How the desk runs
The day job is Danish publishers, native writing, and backlinks you can defend. If you want a desk that only chases volume, this is the wrong hire.
Campaigns run over email and a shared working file. Status is live. Nobody waits for a monthly PDF to know what is delayed.
The desk runs Monday to Friday on Copenhagen time. Remote can work when the craft is strong and communication is clear.
PBNs, thin sites, and manipulated metrics get filtered. You will be asked to reject inventory, not force it through.

Process
01
Email the role you want, attach a CV, and include a URL or writing sample we can open.
02
A short call with the desk lead on how you work, not a culture monologue.
03
A paid or scoped sample task when the fit looks real: outreach sample, article excerpt, or publisher shortlist.
FAQ
Not always. Copenhagen hours help. Strong remote candidates who communicate clearly and deliver on time are considered.
For writing and most outreach roles, yes. Native or near-native Danish is the bar for content. Some research roles can lean more on English if Danish reading is solid.
Pay is set once we know the role, seniority, and location. We do not print fake salary slogans on the careers page.
Send your CV to fabi@site-media.co.uk with the role in the subject line.
